As businesses are starting to open, I’d like to draw your attention to one establishment everyone should support and visit: Model Call Salon in San Diego is now open! Thoughtful friends gifted me a hair treatment for my 30th birthday back in February. My experience follows below.
Walking into Model Call, you immediately know it’s going to be a great day. The atmosphere is light and bright, snacks and treats are plentiful, and you have a variety of coffee or tea to choose from.
I have to admit, I usually handle the coloring of my hair myself. But as I was now sitting about to meet with a professional, I thought, why not branch out and do something I’ve never tried before?
I was in amazing hands with stylist Victoria Vitanza. She listened to what I wanted and made me feel confident about trying a new style. She layered strategically chosen strands of hair with color and I was on my way to the newest version of me.
We watched sea creatures on tv and chatted about life (by the way, congrats on the wedding Victoria❤), and before I knew it, the results were ready to be unveiled!
After a blow dry and style my hair fell in gorgeous curls I would never be able to accomplish myself. I’ve tried… And at the risk of sounding slightly vain, it looked beautiful.
